RANA’s experts presented scientific papers at scientific manifestations, congresses and symposia in Belgium (Gent, Brussels, Leuven), the Netherlands (Utrecht, Maastricht, Rotterdam), Germany (Berlin, Mainz, Koln, Rendsburg), France (Hyères, Gonfaron, Cannes, Marseille), Switserland (Basel, Bern, Soloturn), Austria (Vienna), UK (London, Cambridge, Bristol, Milton Keynes), Denmark (Kopenhagen), Italy (Pistoia, Bologna, Genova, Grosseto, Milano, Firenze, Pisa, Massa Marittima, Calabria), Spain (Barcelona, Valencia, Mallorca), Senegal (Dakar), Australia (Adelaide), Slovac Republic (Kosice) and Tchech Republic (Prague).

RANA PUBLIC AWARENESS

Many efforts were made to involve the public at large in projects realised by RANA on its own (Amphibians, Toads on Roads, Ponds, CARAPAX-turtles, Welcome back Stork) and in projects where RANA assisted (Bird Protection societies: Flanders: Mens en Vogel, Wielewaal, WWF PANDA Belgium/Brussels and France: l’Homme et l’Oiseau, WWF Panda, Italy: Uccelli (LIPU), COOP, Topolino, AIRONE, SRL PIRCHER, Germany ACO, Holland MINOLTA. Leaflets, blogs, web sites, posters, postcards were printed.
